Safari Disco Club Review

Safari Disco Club is located near Plaça Espana. It’s a great part of town to be in. It’s right next to Eixample (the famous gay district of Barcelona), Montjüic (a hill with lots of famous sites, as well as the incredible Pervert Club) and other gay bars nearby. It’s easy to get to and from with Hostafrancs and Francs Estacio metros nearby. We list all the great nearby venues in our Barcelona Gay Escape! That’s all just a bonus.

Inside Safari Disco Club is something different. It’s hard to describe it other than ‘cool’. It’s all the little touches that make this place stand out from the rest. In the bathrooms they have paw prints on the floor and zebra wallpaper. Luckily there are no actual animals in this safari! The bigger things, like the dance floor and bars, are exactly what you would want from a major gay club. They’re trendy, spacious and everything just feels… high quality.

This isn’t a club most people just stumble into. It’s on the map and in a big way. Locals and tourists alike will pass through Example (the ‘gay area’) to go here. It’s popular amongst all ages and types. Maybe those paw prints were left by a different kind of bear? Safari Disco Club was only set up in 2016 but already it’s one of the biggest names in town. That’s why we had to have it for our Barcelona Gay Escape!
